Primrose School of Bent Trail in Dallas, TX seeks a School Director to lead daily operations and drive excellence in education and care. You will develop teachers, foster strong family relationships, and create a safe, welcoming school community that supports children’s growth.

You will balance compassionate leadership with strong organizational and business skills, ensuring adherence to licensing requirements and curriculum implementation while guiding staff and engaging families.

Qualifications

• Experience leading early childhood programs is preferred.
• Ability to recruit, coach, and support teaching staff.
• Strong communication with families and staff to build trust.
• Knowledge of licensing and health/safety requirements for child care.
