The Konrad Group of Primrose Schools in Dallas–Fort Worth invites an experienced Executive Director to lead an early childhood program. You will build a strong team, cultivate an exceptional culture, grow enrollment, and ensure outstanding experiences for children and families.

You will oversee school operations, mentor teachers and management, drive performance, maintain licensing compliance, and partner with curriculum and admissions to meet school goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a licensed childcare or preschool program.
• Ability to lead a large team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Understand enrollment, retention, staffing, and school operations.
• Lead with professionalism, integrity, consistency, and positivity.
• Texas childcare licensing requirements knowledge.

The Konrad Group of Primrose Schools is seeking an experienced, energetic, and relationship-driven Executive Director ready to lead with purpose.

What You'll Do

As Executive Director, you will oversee the overall success of the school while developing a leadership team capable of driving results.

You will:

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop teachers and management team members

• Drive enrollment and build strong relationships with prospective and current families


• Maintain high standards for customer service and family satisfaction


• Ensure compliance with state licensing, health, safety, and Primrose standards

• Partner with the Curriculum and Admissions teams to achieve school goals


• Maintain high standards for classroom quality and implementation of the Primrose Balanced Learning® approach


• Build relationships within the local community


• Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable


• Identify challenges early and develop solutions rather than simply reacting to problems
