Job summary

Cascade Valley Assisted Living and Memory Care, operated by Evergreen Healthcare Group, is seeking an Executive Director to provide overall management of the facility in Milton-Freewater, OR. This role offers relocation assistance and a path to leadership within a reputable senior care organization.

The Executive Director will handle financial, quality, HR, and operations, while ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal rules.

Qualifications

• RCFA license is required to supervise the facility.
• Preferred: two years’ experience as an Executive Director in an assisted living setting.
• Knowledge of state/federal rules for nursing centers and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall facility operations as Executive Director.
• Manage finances, quality, HR and physical plant.
• Lead marketing and community relations efforts.

JOB SUMMARY

Cascade Valley Assisted Living and Memory Care is currently seeking an Executive Director that possesses an intuitive, flexible and entrepreneurial spirit. As an Executive Director you are responsible for the overall management of a facility.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Financial Management
• Quality Management
• Human Resource Management
• Physical Plant Management
• Marketing & Community Relations
• Familiarity with State Nursing Center rules and regulations, and applicable Federal and State laws.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for communicating with Center staff and customers.

EDUCATION, LICENSURE, AND EXPERIENCE

• Required: Oregon Residential Care Facility Administrator (RCFA) License
• Preferred: Two years’ experience as an Executive Director of an Assisted Living Facility
