Chateau Pacific in Lynnwood, WA seeks an Executive Director to lead our Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You will drive daily operations, occupancy, and financial success while mentoring department heads and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires 5+ years of leadership in senior living, a hands-on approach, strong financial and marketing skills, and excellent communication with residents and families.
