Job summary

Chateau Pacific in Lynnwood, WA, is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care community. This high-impact role shapes resident experience, operations, and financial performance.

You'll drive occupancy, build relationships with residents, families and partners, mentor department heads, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with marketing to grow the community. A true leader with 5+ years in senior living is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in senior living.
• Hands-on leader who builds positive, collaborative relationships.
• Strong financial management including budgets and billing.
• Excellent communication with residents, families, staff and partners.
