Kodiak KINDNESS Project is entering an exciting new chapter, and we are looking for a thoughtful, collaborative leader to help guide the way. For 20 years, KINDNESS has been supporting babies, parents, and families in Kodiak with compassionate, free, and evidence-based infant feeding support. Our next Executive Director will join a dedicated team of staff and volunteers and work closely with the Board of Directors to strengthen the organization, build lasting partnerships, expand funding opportunities, and create a strong foundation for KINDNESS’s continued growth and sustainability. We are looking for a resourceful and strategic leader who values relationships, believes in the power of community, and is excited to champion a mission that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of families.
