• Provide supervision for program staff and volunteers to ensure mission delivery.
• Ensure programs, policies, and procedures align with the Board's direction and mission.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and effective governance across the organization.
• Oversee compliance with legal, regulatory, and funding requirements.
