Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director to lead all aspects of community operations, driving occupancy, revenue and regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional resident and family experiences.

The role requires a proven track record in executive leadership within senior living or healthcare operations, with strong P&L, budgeting, and team-management skills. The position emphasizes strategic growth, stakeholder partnerships and service excellence at Sunrise communities.

Qualifications

• Prior Executive Director, Administrator or General Manager experience.
• Proven success driving occupancy, revenue and operational performance.
• Strong P&L, budgeting and business management skills.
• Experience leading teams and managing performance.
• Sales and customer relationship experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and decision‑making skills.
• Passion for serving seniors and leading high‑performing teams.

Pay Range:

111,696.00 - 159,744.00
