Cascade County Law Clinic seeks an Executive Director to serve as the chief executive officer, guiding policy implementation, strategic planning, financial oversight, and program administration. The role reports to the Board of Directors and leads staff, volunteers, and clinic initiatives.
The Executive Director will develop annual budgets, pursue grant funding, and prepare regular reports while ensuring compliance with policies and advancing pro bono legal work across the program.

Guidance and direction is provided by the Board of Directors.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
The ideal candidate will possess knowledge and education in the following areas: non-profit association experience, grant writing experience, administrative experience, and a general knowledge of pro bono legal work. A Juris Doctor degree is preferred but not required.
Communicate effectively in both written and oral form; and, effectively present information to Grantors, the public, and the Board of Directors.
