Job summary

Primrose School of Frisco at Independence is seeking an Executive Director to lead a school, build a strong team, and deliver exceptional early childhood education. You will develop a culture focused on student and family experience and drive enrollment growth.

You will oversee a leadership team, coach teachers, ensure licensing compliance, manage staffing and budgets, and collaborate with curriculum and admissions to meet school goals.

Qualifications

• Have leadership or management experience in early childhood education.
• Have experience directing a licensed childcare or preschool program.
• Understand Texas childcare licensing requirements.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle parent concerns and difficult conversations.
• Understand enrollment, retention, staffing, and school operations.

What You'll Do
