You will oversee school success, drive enrollment, ensure licensing compliance, and partner with Curriculum and Admissions to meet school goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a licensed childcare or preschool program.
• Ability to lead and develop a large team.
• Understanding Texas childcare licensing requirements.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to drive enrollment and family satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop teachers and management team members.
• Create a positive, professional, accountable school culture.
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain exceptional employees.
• Drive enrollment and build strong relationships with prospective and current families.
• Maintain high standards for customer service and family satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing, health, safety, and Primrose standards.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll, and operational expenses.
• Partner with Curriculum and Admissions teams to achieve school goals.
• Maintain high standards for classroom quality and Primrose Balanced Learning approach.
• Build relationships within the local community.
• Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable.
• Identify challenges early and develop solutions.
