Konrad Group of Primrose Schools in Plano, TX seeks an Executive Director to lead with purpose and build a strong team delivering exceptional early childhood education. You will grow enrollment, mentor teachers, and ensure outstanding experiences for children and families.

You will shape school culture, coach leaders, and maintain compliance with licensing, health, safety, and Primrose standards while partnering with Curriculum and Admissions to reach school goals.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in early childhood education.
• Experience directing a licensed childcare or preschool program.
• Understanding Texas childcare licensing requirements.
• Ability to lead and grow a large team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle parent concerns and difficult conversations.
• Knowledge of enrollment, retention, staffing, and school operations.
• Ownership mindset and follow-through on commitments.
• Professionalism, integrity, consistency, and positivity.
• Experience coaching others toward future leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop teachers and management team members.
• Create a positive, professional, accountable school culture.
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain exceptional employees.
• Drive enrollment and build strong relationships with families.
• Maintain high standards for customer service and family satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing, health, safety, and Primrose standards.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll, and operating expenses.
• Partner with Curriculum and Admissions to achieve school goals.
• Maintain high standards for classroom quality and Primrose Balanced Learning implementation.
• Build relationships within the local community.
• Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable.
