Job summary

LeaderStat in Franklin, IN seeks a Campus Executive Director (licensed HFA) to lead a premier Life Plan Community, overseeing daily operations and driving strategic growth.

The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership across all departments, develop annual plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor leaders to build a culture of engagement and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Gerontology, or related field.
• Minimum five years of executive leadership in senior living or healthcare.
• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator or Executive Director experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for all departments across the community.
• Develop and manage annual operating, capital, and business plans to meet goals.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and maintain survey readiness.
• Lead, mentor, and develop department leaders to foster engagement and improvement.

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead a premier Life Plan Community in Franklin, IN, overseeing daily operations while driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and an outstanding resident experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for all departments across the community.
• Develop and manage annual operating, capital, and business plans to achieve financial and operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining quality standards and survey readiness.
• Lead, mentor, and develop department leaders to build a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement initiatives that improve quality, resident satisfaction, employee retention, and financial performance.
• Foster open communication with residents, families, employees, and community stakeholders while effectively addressing concerns and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated passion for serving older adults and leading with integrity and compassion.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, operations, and organizational performance.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Gerontology, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of executive leadership experience in senior living, long-term care, or post-acute healthcare, including experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator or Executive Director.
