Job summary

Meridian Senior Living in Bay Shore, NY is seeking a Dining Services Director to lead the dining program, prepare meals, and ensure high-quality service for residents.

You will manage daily operations, maintain safety and cleanliness, supervise a team, and collaborate with residents, families, and vendors to deliver nutritious dining experiences in a warm, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in dining services.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Current food service sanitation license required.
• Must communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the public.
• Must meet health requirements and pass background checks.

Candidates for our Dining Services Director position should have the ability to serve excellent and nutritious food, while ensuring first-rate quality dining service, in a safe and comfortable atmosphere.
