Executive Director – Senior Living
Salary: $100,000–$110,000 annually + Bonus Structure
Schedule: Full-Time | Average 40 hours per week
Lark Springs is seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director to lead our senior living community in Colorado Springs. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven senior living leader who is passionate about building strong teams, delivering an exceptional resident experience, and driving the overall success of a community.
The Executive Director has overall responsibility for the leadership, operations, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and culture of the community.
What You Will Do
- Provide overall leadership and direction for the community and its department leaders.
- Establish and implement the mission, vision, goals, and operational priorities of the community.
- Provide strategic planning and leadership on issues affecting community operations and performance.
- Oversee programs, policies, procedures, and best practices related to resident services, marketing, public relations, financial performance, healthcare services, facilities management, risk management, quality assurance, hospitality, and first impressions.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
- Oversee community financial performance, including budgeting, expense management, revenue opportunities, and operational goals.
- Provide timely and accurate reports, analysis, and recommendations to Greenbrier Senior Living regarding community operations.
- Plan, direct, coach, and evaluate the performance of Department Directors.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, develop, and retain a strong leadership team.
- Manage employee relations, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and employment decisions as appropriate.
- Maintain strong communication and relationships with residents, families, associates, and community partners.
- Promote a positive culture focused on resident satisfaction, associate engagement, accountability, and teamwork.
- Participate in the community's on‑call rotation and work weekends and/or holidays as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience required.
- Applicable Assisted Living/Memory Care Administrator licensure as required by the State of Colorado.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible management experience in senior living, long‑term care, healthcare, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team‑development skills.
- Experience managing community operations, budgets, regulatory compliance, and resident satisfaction.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, associates, and business partners.
- Must be capable of meeting the physical requirements of the position, including sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs, reaching, bending, stooping, crouching, kneeling, grasping, and fine manipulation.
- $95,000–$110,000 annual salary

Schedule
Full-time, averaging approximately 40 hours per week. As the community's Executive Director, flexibility is required, including availability for on‑call responsibilities, weekends, holidays, and other times as community needs arise.
