Job summary

ECU Health in Greenville, NC is seeking a Talent Development Assistant to provide direct administrative support to the Executive Director of Health Care Philanthropy and the development team. The role is onsite, full-time, with responsibilities across calendar management, meeting coordination, donor engagement, and financial tasks.

The candidate should have 1–3 years of executive-level administrative experience, excellent grammar, and strong communication skills, with proficiency in fundraising

Qualifications

  • High school graduate with additional two years of related education or training.
  • 1–3 years of executive-level administrative support preferred.
  • Meticulous grammar, editing and writing; strong organizational skills.
  • Persuasive oral and written communication required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedules and correspondence for Executive Director and health care development team.
  • Coordinate meetings with materials, logistics and minutes.
  • Back-up for main phone line and greet visitors with other staff.
  • Support donor stewardship and engagement activities; assist with event setup and catering.
  • Prepare routine memos, letters, reports and materials.
