Job summary

Bay View Shade & Blind, Inc is seeking experienced sales professionals to design window treatments and close deals with homeowners. You will meet clients, assess needs, and present tailored solutions using digital tools. The role emphasizes relationship-building, autonomy, and earning potential.

We provide pre-qualified leads and a supportive team, with 100 years of brand trust in Milwaukee area. Health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO, and ongoing training are included.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional sales experience in consultative, in-home, or luxury retail environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable using iPad and laptop to document needs and capture details.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners to understand their needs and goals
• Design custom window treatment solutions tailored to each home
• Use an iPad and laptop to build detailed project scopes, capture measurements, document customer preferences, and communicate project requirements
• Present solutions and guide clients through confident decision-making
• Coordinate with our installation team for seamless project execution
• Build relationships that generate referrals and repeat business

• Have 3+ years of professional sales experience, ideally in consultative, in-home, design, remodeling, construction, real estate, automotive, luxury retail, or another relationship-driven sales environment
