IEUA is seeking a Deputy General Manager to provide agency-wide strategic leadership, policy direction, and operational oversight across Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, and Risk Management.

Reporting directly to the General Manager and joining a newly formed executive leadership team, this role serves as a hands-on collaborator and change‑management champion during active growth and structural rebuilding.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred in Business/Public Admin, Engineering, Finance, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Ten years of progressively responsible management in a complex public agency, utility, or regulated environment.
• CPA/CFA or senior HR certification is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Provide agency-wide strategic leadership and policy direction across Finance, IT, HR and Risk Management.
• Oversee operational performance and cross-functional coordination for a multi-division public utility.
• Serve as a strategic partner to the General Manager and the executive leadership team during growth and rebuilding.
