Inland Empire Utilities Agency (IEUA) seeks a Deputy General Manager to provide agency-wide strategic leadership and operational oversight across Finance, IT, Human Resources, and Risk Management. This role reports to the General Manager and will help guide priorities for a growing, reorganizing agency serving about 950,000 people across western San Bernardino County.

The ideal candidate is an executive leader with at least ten years in complex public utilities, with advanced degrees preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Public Administration, Engineering, Finance, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Ten years of progressively responsible management experience in a complex public agency, utility, or regulated environment.
• Five+ years at a senior management level.
