Western Digital is seeking a Deputy Chief Compliance Officer to lead the operational execution of the global Ethics & Compliance program. You will oversee compliance operations, investigations, anti-corruption efforts, ethics reporting, training, and communications while fostering a culture of integrity across the company.

Qualificações

• At least 12 years of progressively responsible experience in ethics and compliance, legal, investigations, risk management, or a related field.
• Significant experience overseeing or managing a global or multinational compliance program.
• Experience in compliance program operations, investigations, ethics reporting and whistleblower systems, anti‑bribery and anti‑corruption compliance, training and communications, and governance and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the global Ethics & Compliance program.
• Translate compliance strategy into operational plans, objectives, and execution.
• Develop and manage annual compliance work plans, budgets, metrics, and dashboards.
• Establish roles, processes, service expectations, and accountability across the compliance team.
• Oversee ethics reporting, whistleblower program, investigations, and anti‑corruption compliance.
• Coordinate with Legal, Privacy, Internal Audit, HR, Security and other functions on risk and governance.
