• Discuss financial arrangements, insurance considerations, and available payment options.
• Identify and address concerns that may prevent patients from moving forward with treatment.
• Confidently handle objections related to cost, timing, fear, and treatment commitment.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with patients who have unscheduled or pending treatment.
• Re-engage patients with outstanding treatment plans.

A-Team Dental Staffing has partnered with a modern, patient-focused dental practice in West Hollywood, California, to recruit a highly motivated, results-driven Treatment Coordinator / Dental Treatment Closer for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity.

This practice is looking for a hungry, proactive go-getter who knows how to connect with patients, confidently present treatment, overcome objections, and turn recommended dentistry into scheduled care. The ideal candidate understands that successful treatment coordination is about more than discussing cost—it is about building trust, communicating value, and helping patients confidently say yes to the care they need .

The practice provides general, cosmetic, restorative, implant, Invisalign, and comprehensive dental services in a modern, patient-centered environment.

Schedule

• Monday: 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
  
• Tuesday: Administrative day, typically up to 6 hours
  
• Thursday: 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
  
• Friday: 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
  
• Saturday and Sunday: Closed
  
• Team members arrive approximately 15 minutes before the first patient
  

Compensation

• Up to $35 per hour , based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated treatment-coordination skills
