Job summary

UKG is seeking an Emerald Experience Manager (EXM) to act as a trusted advisor and executive partner for UKG’s premium customers. The role combines executive engagement, customer success leadership, and technical stewardship to maximize ROI and value across UKG Pro, WFM, and related platforms.

Responsibilities include overseeing executive governance, driving adoption and ROI, and coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve escalations and deliver strategic roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HCM or enterprise SaaS customer success, consulting, or technical advisory roles.
• Knowledge of UKG Pro WFM and scheduling tools (Advanced Scheduling/TeleStaff).
• Ability to consult with enterprise customers at business and technical levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary executive relationship manager for Premium accounts.
• Lead QBRs, executive advisories, governance sessions, and orchestrate UKG resources.
• Drive adoption, retention, ROI, and value realization for customers.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Services to resolve escalations and optimize solutions.
