Job summary

UKG is seeking an Emerald Experience Manager (EXM) to serve as a trusted advisor and executive relationship partner for our Premium accounts. You will combine customer success leadership with technical stewardship to maximize ROI and ensure measurable outcomes across UKG Pro, Pro WFM, and related solutions.

In this strategic role, you will drive executive engagements, orchestrate resources, and translate business goals into actionable roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HCM, HRIS, or enterprise SaaS customer success, consulting, or technical advisory roles.
• Experience consulting with enterprise customers at business and technical levels.
• Knowledge of UKG Pro WFM (Advanced Scheduling/TeleStaff) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single accountable partner for executive customer relationships.
• Lead adoption, retention, and business value realization for Premium accounts.
• Provide technical stewardship and escalate/resolve issues across product and services teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on customer objectives and roadmaps.
