Position Title: Sous Chef
Job Description: Our Sous Chef will face exciting challenges every day. The right candidate will assist the Executive Chef in making core menu changes four times a year, as well as creating new features every week and over 50 times a year. The Sous Chef will also be responsible for educating and mentoring the kitchen staff, ensuring they stay updated on all new menu changes and execute them to the highest standards. Adhering to proper food safety and sanitation procedures is crucial in our company, and the Sous Chef will play a vital role in maintaining these standards. Additionally, the right person will have the ability to drive top-line sales and guest count through the recruitment, training, and mentorship of a competitively superior team.
