Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in events, hospitality, entertainment, experiential marketing, production, client services, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience independently leading and executing events from concept through completion.
• Experience working with executive-level stakeholders, clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to mid-sized programs from initial planning through on-site execution and post-event reconciliation.
• Oversee venue sourcing, vendor coordination, run-of-show development, premium sourcing, guest experience, and on-site logistics.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and clients throughout planning and execution, ensuring clear communication.
• Develop and track event budgets, process invoices, and support post-event reconciliation.
• Travel domestically and internationally to execute and support events.
