Job summary

Candr Talent is seeking a senior events and experiential production leader for a high-visibility role in New York. You will lead complex projects, manage large production teams, and build strong client relationships to drive the agency’s US growth.

The ideal candidate has 10–15+ years in events or experiential production, oversees $5M+ budgets and 1,000+ attendee forums, and provides creative leadership across concepts, activations, and vendor networks. Travel included.

My client is a leading global creative experience agency, delivering high-profile conferences, exhibitions, leadership summits and experiential activations for major global brands.

This is a highly visible senior role for someone who enjoys leading complex projects, managing large production teams, and building strong client relationships, while playing a key role in the continued growth of the agency’s US presence.

My client is looking for someone with the following experience:

• 10–15+ years within events, experiential or creative production
• Leadership of large-scale, high-profile events and 20+ member teams
• End-to-end ownership of production from pitch through post-event
• $5M+ event budgets and 1,000+ attendee conferences, summits or forums
• Strong client-facing and presentation skills, with experience managing senior stakeholders
• Creative leadership across event concepts, experiences and activations
• A strong network of US-based freelancers and production vendors

The role is based in New York with a 3-day hybrid requirement, alongside travel across the US and internationally for client engagements and event installations. Compensation is $150–200K + bonus depending on experience, plus 401(k) matching, health and wellness benefits, and PTO.
