Job summary

PrizePicks, a fast-growing sports company, seeks a Director of Executive & Corporate Communications in a hybrid Atlanta setting. You will translate business strategy into compelling narratives, preparing leaders for high-stakes moments and ensuring leadership is represented across sports gaming and prediction markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in communications, especially executive and corporate communications.
• Experience operating inside a regulated, high-growth industry.
• A track record of turning business objectives into compelling narratives.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills across multiple executive formats.
• Sound judgment under pressure and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build our executives’ thought-leadership platform from the ground up, identifying moments for a point of view.
• Turn business strategy and product milestones into narratives and define leaders' core ideas.
• Create executive-authored content — LinkedIn posts, bylines, newsletters, and blogs in each leader’s voice.
• Own PrizePicks’ corporate social channels to develop a cadence of stories and drive engagement.
• Collaborate with departments and the communications team to develop compelling corporate stories and increase share of voice.
• Prepare executives for conferences, investor and partner events with the CCO and team.
• Monitor regulatory landscape and sharpen messaging accordingly.
• Track engagement and refine the plan based on what lands with audiences.
• Maintain consistency of messaging across earned, owned, executive, and corporate channels.
• Establish communications processes, editorial planning, and governance for better execution.
