Responsibilities

• Set and guide enterprise-wide strategy for communications, PR, branding, and digital engagement.
• Lead communications across a complex structure with multiple programs and brands.
• Develop and maintain relationships with print, broadcast, and digital media outlets.
• Oversee cross-brand strategies, ensuring consistency while aligning messaging.
• Develop a comprehensive annual Marketing and Communications plan with clear KPIs.
• Craft messaging for policymakers, investors, community partners, and the public.
• Lead data-driven digital and social media strategies and analytics.
• Oversee crisis communications and reputation management when needed.
• Strengthen internal communications and executive messaging.
• Lead campaigns, thought leadership initiatives, and stakeholder reports.
