Confidential is seeking a General Manager / Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead all operational aspects of a growing manufacturing organization in California. • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, medical device, or regulated environments.

• Experience improving operational performance, financial results, and organizational effectiveness.
• Strong understanding of quality systems, production planning, inventory management, and delivery requirements.
• Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives and organizational change.
• Advanced business acumen balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day execution.
