Frontline Source Group is assisting in the search for a Chief Operating Officer for a Dublin, Ohio-based, on-site executive role. The COO will own the company’s end-to-end operating model, spanning product concept through sourcing, manufacturing, distribution, and customer support, reporting to the CEO and serving on the Senior Leadership Team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead Purchasing, Supply Chain, Customer Care, Warehousing, Distribution, Logistics, Engineering, Manufacturing, Assembly/Kitting, and Contract Manufacturing.
• Define and execute operational, engineering, and manufacturing strategies aligned with growth and shareholder goals.
• Establish KPI framework for performance, quality, cost, service levels, and risk; report to CEO and Board.
• Drive Lean, automation, and technology enablement across the operating footprint.
