Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, business, manufacturing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive manufacturing or operations leadership experience including plant/site/multi-functional responsibility.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across manufacturing, quality, engineering, supply chain, and operations.
Data-driven decision-making, disciplined execution, and continuous-improvement track record.
Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, production systems, quality management, supply chain, and performance management.
