Job summary

EVONA in Washington, DC seeks a Global COO to lead manufacturing and operations across finance, supply chain, quality and program delivery for defense contracts. You will set operational strategy, scale production, oversee budgets, procurement and risk management to ensure profitable, compliant delivery across geographies.

The role requires deep experience in manufacturing, quality systems, and government contracting with a track record of reducing costs and improving margins.

Qualifications

• Technical manufacturing background with hands-on experience leading manufacturing operations and scaling production.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production engineering, quality systems and continuous improvement.
• Proven delivery of complex, multimillion-dollar government contracts.
• Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CMMC and DCSA requirements.
• Expertise in defense supply chains, procurement and export controls.
• Demonstrated success managing P&L, reducing costs and improving margins.
