Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• Significant progressive accounting and financial reporting experience, including leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with timely reporting.
• Maintain accounting policies, procedures, and governance.
• Oversee general ledger activities, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement prep.
• Review analyses of financial statement line items and supporting schedules.
• Oversee AINA expense team and related allocations.
• Coordinate with Treasury and Accounts Payable for close activities.
• Drive standardization and automation of accounting processes.
• Lead the accounting organization and develop high-performing teams.
