Arch Insurance Group Inc. is seeking an accounting professional to manage delegated authority program accounting, premium and cash activity, and financial reporting. You will work closely with multiple departments to ensure accurate ledgers and timely statements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and 2–5 years of accounting/finance experience within insurance/reinsurance, with strong Excel and Workday skills to support monthly closes and audits.

• Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting activities related to delegated authority programs and premium/cash for assigned accounts.
• Reconcile and track premium receivables and process cash received monthly.
• Produce timely financial reporting and assist with audits and quarterly P&Ls.
• Collaborate with Underwriters, Operations, Claims, IT and Corporate Finance.
