Rio Staffing LLC is seeking a Corporate Controller for an aerospace manufacturing firm in the Burlington area, WA. This executive role reports to the President and leads Finance, HR, and IT, driving financial strategy and rigorous cost management across manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in financial leadership, CPA preferred, and the ability to guide cross‑functional teams, ensure compliance, and deliver timely financial statements and cash flow forecasts.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of proven leadership experience in financial management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.
• High moral integrity and decisive, cross‑functional conflict resolution.
• Agility to balance strategic planning with hands‑on execution.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office and ERP platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the annual financial planning and budgeting cycles alongside the General Manager, monitoring variances and updating senior leadership on fiscal health.
• Govern all accounting and finance activities, including tax policy, treasury management, audits, insurance, and financial systems.
• Execute granular cost accounting evaluations across labor, inventory, materials, and manufacturing methods to determine costs.
• Prepare and deliver accurate financial statements while forecasting and managing cash flow.
• Oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with laws and managing recruitment and policies.
• Apply Project and Absorption Accounting to track costs and benchmark production expenses.
• Establish KPIs across units and advise the President on corrective actions to meet targets.
• Mentor staff and coordinate with IT to ensure scalable infrastructure.

Educación

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
