Job summary

SEKISUI Aerospace Corporation in Renton, WA is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead the accounting function, ensure accurate financial reporting, and strengthen internal controls. The role partners with the CFO and site leadership to enable growth and operational excellence.

The Controller will drive process improvements, scale the accounting organization, and oversee treasury, audits, and compliance across manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.
• CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience.
• Manufacturing experience required; aerospace, defense, or government contracting experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, controls, treasury, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and consolidation.
• Maintain compliance with U.S. and Japan GAAP and Sekisui corporate accounting policies.
• Oversee accounting for inventory, fixed assets, leases, and other significant financial matters.
