Qualifications
- Experience leading executive-level workshops with C-suite.
- Track record of developing new consulting engagements.
- Strong knowledge of transformation methodologies and change management.
Responsibilities
- Lead executive discovery workshops and stakeholder engagements to understand business objectives, transformation priorities, and organizational challenges.
- Shape engagements across Strategy, Transformation, Operating Model Design, and Data & AI Strategy.
- Develop transformation roadmaps and governance structures with value realization approaches.
- Manage the full consulting sales lifecycle from opportunity identification through proposal development and delivery handoff.
