Job summary

Accenture Strategy & Consulting seeks experienced management consultants in the Automotive sector to provide strategic advice, implement solutions, and optimize business processes. You’ll translate recommendations into roadmaps, engage senior client leaders, and collaborate across a global network to drive reinvention and value for clients.

Travel up to 100% may be required depending on client engagements. A 3+ year track record in automotive consulting and a bachelor’s degree are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Consulting in the Automotive sector to include but not limited to: Sales, Dealer Management, Aftermarket, Supply Chain/Manufacturing Operations, Mobility Services, Captive Finance, Data/AI.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through reinvention journeys and collaborate with a diverse, cross-functional team to deliver results.
• Translate client challenges into actionable roadmaps and program plans.
• Develop executive-level deliverables, roadmaps, and business cases.
• Support business development with market analyses and pursuit materials.
• Build trusted client relationships through consistent delivery and clear communication.
