Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Building Construction, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive commercial construction experience, including significant project management and executive leadership.
• Experience leading projects with individual contract value of at least $50 million.
• Experience managing projects under CM-at-Risk, GMP, design-build, or similar delivery methods.
• Direct experience leading GMP development and final establishment in preconstruction.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for multiple projects or a major, complex project from preconstruction through final completion and warranty.
• Ensure project safety, quality, schedule, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Lead GMP development including estimating, Buyout, and risk analysis.
• Develop executive relationships with owners, developers, and key stakeholders.
• Oversee contract administration, risk management, and change management.
