Job summary

H.J. Russell & Company is seeking a Project Manager to oversee and direct all phases of project development for multiple projects, with a focus on data center construction and critical facilities.

You will coordinate with owners, designers, and contractors to control cost, staffing, and scheduling while maintaining Russell’s high standards. You will prepare status reports, review plans and specifications, and lead risk assessments and value engineering to deliver projects on time and within

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building Construction or Business Management.
• 8-12 years of relevant experience; experience may be substituted for a degree on a year-for-year basis.
• Strong understanding of program management, construction management, and development.
• Knowledge of construction marketing concepts, procedures, and terminology.
• Experience in preparing reports, proposals, and technical correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate multi-project programs to meet goals within time and funding parameters.
• Serve as primary contact with owner, architect, contractors, and construction team.
• Review plans and specifications and advise on systems, materials, costs, and feasibility.
• Prepare and review cost estimates; reconcile estimates with design team.
• Monitor project schedule, budget, quality, and safety; ensure client satisfaction.
