HireGrowth, LLC invites an experienced Executive Underwriter or AVP Underwriter to lead large accounts in construction casualty. You will blend technical underwriting, relationship management, and strategic sales to drive profitable growth in the Philadelphia region.

Responsibilities include evaluating submissions, underwriting GL, WC, and Auto, and building strong broker relationships to expand the client base. A strong track record in loss-sensitive casualty is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of underwriting construction industry segments
• Strong knowledge of General Liability, W/C, and Auto coverages
• Expertise in loss sensitive casualty business
• Retail brokerage network in the Philadelphia territory preferred

Responsabilités

• Evaluate submissions and structure tailored loss sensitive construction business
• Underwrite GL, W/C, and Auto coverages
• Analyze risk, pricing, and terms; develop competitive proposals
• Build relationships with local retail brokers in the Philadelphia area
• Drive new business through pipeline development
