You will evaluate submissions, structure loss-sensitive programs, and build strong broker relationships with Midwest retail brokers to expand the client base and contribute to revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years underwriting construction industry segments.
• Strong knowledge of General Liability, W/C, and Auto coverages required.
• Expertise in loss-sensitive programs, pricing, and risk analysis preferred.
• Retail brokerage network base in the Midwest territory required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate submissions, identifying exposures and structuring tailored loss-sensitive construction programs.
• Analyze risk, pricing, and coverage terms; develop and present competitive proposals.
• Build and maintain relationships with retail brokers in the Midwest territory.
• Drive new business through strategic positioning and pipeline development.
