HireGrowth, LLC invites an experienced Executive Underwriter or AVP Underwriter to lead large accounts in construction casualty. You will blend technical underwriting, relationship management, and strategic sales to drive profitable growth in the Philadelphia region.

Responsibilities include evaluating submissions, underwriting GL, WC, and Auto, and building strong broker relationships to expand the client base. A strong track record in loss-sensitive casualty is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of underwriting construction industry segments
• Strong knowledge of General Liability, W/C, and Auto coverages
• Expertise in loss sensitive casualty business
• Retail brokerage network in the Philadelphia territory preferred

We are seeking an experienced Executive Underwriter or AVP Underwriter to underwrite large account construction casualty business. This role blends technical expertise, relationship management, and strategic sales execution to drive profitable growth. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate new and renewal submissions, identifying exposures and structuring tailored loss sensitive construction business
• Underwrite W/C, General Liability and Auto coverage
• General Contractors, Specialty Trades, Heavy Construction, etc.,.
• Analyze risk, pricing, and coverage terms; develop and present competitive proposals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail brokers in the local assigned territory
• Drive new business through strategic positioning and pipeline development

• Strong knowledge of General Liability, W/C, and Auto coverages required
