Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust in Missouri seeks an SVP, Compensation to lead the design and governance of all compensation programs, including executive incentives, aligned with business and regulatory goals. You will partner with the EVP, Human Resources and the Board's committees to drive compliant, market-competitive pay strategies.

You will oversee external consultants, ensure accurate disclosures, and manage risk while guiding budgeting, forecasting and plan design for the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years in compensation or finance with leadership experience.
• Experience in a publicly traded company or regulated financial institution.
• Strong knowledge of SEC disclosures and executive compensation governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and governance of all compensation programs, including executive compensation.
• Advise leadership and Board committees on pay decisions and governance issues.
• Coordinate with external consultants for market data and plan design insights.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and timely disclosures across reports and analyses.
• Oversee annual governance calendar and compensation committee materials.
