The SVP, Compensation is a strategic leader responsible for designing, governing, and executing the Bank's compensation programs, including Executive Compensation, to align with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and pay-for-performance. This role advises the EVP, Human Resources and leadership, partners with the Board's Human Capital and Compensation Committee, and acts as the primary liaison with external consultants and legal counsel. Leads the review and implementation of compensation programs, policies and procedures in order to be responsive to the company’s goals and competitive practices. Assures through audits, reports and other processes/interactions that company compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with company policies and government regulations.
