Qualifications

• 4+ years of compensation or related experience.
• Executive compensation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as intermediary between Account Manager and Client.
• Lead client projects translating client needs into recommendations.
• Review and be accountable for all methodology and analysis.
• Provide regular mentorship and feedback to junior staff.
• Develop summary reports including findings and recommendations.
• Assist in business development activities.

Skills

Strong quantitative background and skill set

Highly proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint

Excellent written and oral communication

Ability to synthesize and communicate large amounts of data

Confidence to present and defend methodology

Leadership experience

Strong interpersonal and project management skills

Ability to multi-task and manage multiple complex projects

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics
