Aon Corporation is seeking a Consultant for their Executive Compensation team, responsible for leading client projects and delivering tailored solutions. The role requires expertise in compensation design and project management, suitable for candidates with a quantitative background and strong interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of relevant experience, excellent communication abilities, and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics. This position is based near Bloomington, MN, and involves a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of compensation or related experience.
• Executive compensation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as intermediary between Account Manager and Client.
• Lead client projects from start to finish.
• Review and accountable for project methodology and output.
• Develop summary reports including findings and recommendations.
• Provide mentorship and developmental feedback to junior staff.

Skills

Strong quantitative background and skill set

Highly proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint

Excellent written and oral communication

Ability to synthesize and communicate large amounts of data

Attention to detail

Confidence to present to C-level and Board

Leadership experience in mentoring
