Aon is seeking a Partner in Talent Solutions, Executive Compensation Advisory to lead client engagements with Compensation Committees and senior leaders. You will drive revenue, oversee teams, and advance plan design and governance with deep executive compensation expertise.

The role emphasizes business development, collaboration across the practice, and developing talent while delivering data-driven solutions for complex compensation strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience with progression shown.
• Expert knowledge of executive compensation strategy, design and implementation.
• Strong governance knowledge including SEC, ISS, Glass Lewis considerations.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue by leading proposals, sales leads, and client relationships.
• Lead client teams delivering high-quality executive compensation advisory solutions.
• Develop and mentor team members and contribute to business development efforts.
