Fenwick & West seeks an Executive Compensation Associate to join our Silicon Valley, New York, San Francisco, Santa Monica, or Boston office. The candidate will handle eclectic executive compensation matters, including mergers and acquisitions, public company offerings (company and underwriter side), reporting obligations, and general advising across the business life cycle.

The ideal candidate has experience in executive compensation, corporate, or tax matters, with preference for ≤7 years

Qualifications

• Experience in executive compensation, corporate, or tax matters.
• No more than seven years of experience unless changing practice groups.
• Group is willing to train attorneys from other relevant disciplines.
• Superior academic credentials and excellent communication skills required.
• Admission in jurisdiction of application is required.
