Qualifications

• Experience in executive compensation, corporate, or tax matters is preferred.
• Ideal candidate has ≤7 years of experience unless changing practice groups.
• Firm is willing to train attorneys from other relevant disciplines.

• Handle executive compensation matters including M&A and public offerings with reporting obligations.
• Provide general advising and counseling to companies at all points in the business life cycle.
• Collaborate with cross‑practice teams such as corporate and tax as needed.
